Privacy Policy

Effective October 16, 2026.

1. Scope. This policy covers aitoolworx.com and its pages (the "Site"). It does not cover the DSAC Portal, our research site (tops-trap.aitoolworx.com), or other sites we link to; each has its own practices.

2. What we collect. (a) Information you send us: your name, email address, organization and message when you email us or request an assessment. (b) Technical data our hosting provider logs automatically: IP address, browser type, pages requested, date and time, used for security and operation. (c) Analytics data: with your consent, Google Analytics collects cookie identifiers and usage data such as pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, referring page, and time on page (see section 12). (d) Nothing else: the Site has no accounts or advertising.

3. How we use it. To reply to you; to scope, propose and deliver engagements you ask about; to keep the Site secure; to meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information and do not use it for advertising.

4. Legal bases (where GDPR/UK GDPR applies). Legitimate interests (responding to enquiries, security); steps at your request before a contract; legal obligation.

5. Sharing. Only with providers that help us operate the Site and email (hosting, email), under their own terms; with professional advisers; or where law requires. If we change this, we will update the policy.

6. Retention. Enquiry emails: kept for 24 months after the last contact, then archived (moved to restricted storage and not used for marketing or new outreach). Archived records are deleted on request unless we must keep them by law or for an engagement. Engagement records: kept per the contract and legal requirements. Server logs: as kept by the hosting provider, typically up to 90 days. Analytics data: Google Analytics keeps event-level data for 2 months and user-level data tied to cookies for 14 months, then deletes it.

7. Security. We use access controls and encryption in transit (HTTPS). No system is perfectly secure; we will notify affected people and regulators as the law requires.

8. Your rights. Depending on where you live (for example the EU/UK, California and other U.S. states) you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, or restriction, and object to certain uses. Email james.childers@aitoolworx.com; we respond within the period the law sets (30 to 45 days). You may also complain to your data-protection authority.

9. Third-party links and files. The Site links to other services, including a CV file hosted on Google Drive and our research site. Their privacy practices apply there.

10. International transfers. Our providers may process data outside your country; where required we rely on recognized transfer safeguards.

11. Children. The Site is for business audiences and is not directed to children under 16; we do not knowingly collect their data.

12. Cookies and Google Analytics. The Site uses Google Analytics, a service of Google LLC, to understand how visitors use the Site. Analytics cookies are set only after you accept them in the cookie notice; if you decline, no analytics cookies are set. You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing the site's cookies or using the cookie settings link in the footer. Google acts as a service provider and processes this data under its own terms (policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites) and may transfer it to the United States. You can also block Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout). We do not use analytics data for advertising. We have turned off Google signals and do not use Google's advertising features, user-ID, or user-provided data collection. We honor Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals where the law requires.

13. Changes. We will post updates here with a new effective date.

14. Contact. James Childers, AIToolworx, 506 North Sullivan Road, Suite F-325, Spokane Valley, WA 99037, james.childers@aitoolworx.com.
